The first step in our process is to perform a Business Analysis.

A ProfiTune Business Analysis consists of three parts:
A comprehensive Business Analysis Questionnaire to be completed by the business owner or manager. This involves working through a 54 page questionnaire which looks at 23 areas of your business. This will take you about 90 minutes of your time.

The Market Research, a component of the Business Analysis Questionnaire, consisting of a series of questions asked by the Business Improvement Specialist of a number of Suppliers and Customers, details of whom are provided by you in a special section of the Business Analysis Questionnaire.  The answers to these questions are compiled by the Business Improvement Specialist for incorporation into the Business Analysis Report.

A detailed Business Analysis Report is compiled by the Business Improvement Specialist working through the ProfiTune Database and a software expert system, (using the answers to that questionnaire, and to the Market Research). A team of expert business analysts with over 30 years experience then tailor the report.
