Armando has owned and successfully run small and medium size businesses on four different continents over the years.

He had his first successful business at the age of 17, while still at school. He and a friend owned a soccer school employing 12 coaches and teaching over 250 children at a given time during school holidays

At the age of 26, Armando brought a lovely 45 ft sailing yacht, learnt how to sail, sold his design and construction business and then sailed around the Med for 2 years. He did it in that order. Armando kept this lifestyle and his yacht for 15 years.

After spending 2 years on his own yacht and having many friends come over to visit in the Med, he started a yacht charter company catering for the South African and Italian markets, and spent the next 8 years doing that. Armando went into partnership with Beachcomber Tour, the biggest tour operator in South Africa . They called the new company Beachcomber Yachting. Having a fleet of 12 yachts with a crew of 3 on each yacht, he and his team ran exclusive, one and two week yacht charters around the Greek islands and the Turkish coast.

Armando also set up a Tourism company in Portugal doing Day Yacht Charters, Mountain Walks, Jeep Safaris, Mountain Biking and Water sports. His primary market was the German and was doing work for the biggest Tourism Business in the world, TUI. His company looked after up to 200 tourists per day.
While doing this tourism business in Portugal he also designed and built a beautiful town house complex as well as some exclusive designer homes.

After getting married and having a family Armando and his wife decided to find the best country in the world for their family. This should be a sunny and safe country, focusing on sport, education, good medical and English speaking. Armando and his family have lived in Australia for almost 3 years and are, now Australians by choice. He is now helping small and medium size businesses and owners to achieve their goals.

Other Achievements and Experiences

• Armando did an IMM (Institute of Marketing Management) Course. Marketing 1 + 2 + 3.
• As a teenager and early 20th Armando worked in exclusive men’s clothing shops and also assisted with the buying.(during holidays)
• Armando and a friend owned the best Italian restaurant in Turkey.
• Armando did 24 months in the military.
• Armando has organized various corporate, incentive and motivational days for larger corporations. He has also organized trips, for top world people including heads of State, Princesses and top world business people. This included entertainment, activities as well as security.
• He has done a PE course – learning various skills including physiology, anatomy, first aid and 21 sports (rules, refereeing, playing and sports injuries.) He was a PE instructor for 2 years, done and enjoyed a variety of other sports since then, including:
• Cycling Tours on and off road

• Triathlons
• Iron Man
• Water Sports (instructor)
• Paragliding
• Para shooting (15 jumps)
• Scuba Diving (100 Dives)
• Sailing (Yacht Master off Shore)

• Mountain Guiding

Armando will also tell you that he still has a long way to go before getting half way.
